Please enjoy our Fell Over? Cant Move? Hyperthermia Explained Tutorial. Has your character suddenly fallen over and can’t move? Or maybe your character has started vomiting and you don’t know why. Your character may be suffering from heat stroke or hyperthermia. You can check if your character is sick by pressing tab to go into your inventory then clicking the metabolism tab. If your character is suffering from any sicknesses including hyperthermia it will display here.
